Muse Shipping Policy

Muse ships artworks throughout New Zealand and Internationally.

When you place your order online, you can choose either to have your artwork shipped, or you can opt pick up from our Gallery in Havelock North.

For shipped items, we will provide a shipping quote for your purchase and will charge this separately to your order once confirmed.

Quotes are determined by the size, value and weight of each work, and the destination. We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days throughout New Zealand with artworks packaged in house and sent via Fastway Courier. For oversized and international post items, we use Pack and Send with an estimated delivery time of 7 days.

For gallery collections, we will wrap your purchase and advise you via email or phone when it is ready for pick up.

Items purchased from our gift store (excluding artworks) ship for free within NZ. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Exhibition Works

Please note that artwork purchased from current exhibitions will be shipped once the exhibition has concluded. You can purchase at any time during the exhibition to secure your favourite piece. Original pieces will be packaged and shipped as per our above policy, or you can pick up from our gallery at the conclusion of the exhibition. We will let you know when your artwork is ready.
